About the role

We're looking for 3–4 Senior Software Engineers with an architect mindset who enjoy designing and building complex systems rather than simply maintaining existing ones.

This is a backend-focused engineering role for builders, people who have owned large technical initiatives, designed scalable distributed systems, and are comfortable working across both software and infrastructure.

You'll collaborate closely with engineering teams building AI infrastructure, internal platforms, and distributed backend services powering our products.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Kubernetes practice
• Proven experience designing and building complex distributed systems from scratch.
• Strong backend engineering background.
• Significant ownership of production systems or platforms.
• Strong experience with Python or Go (experience with both is a plus).
• Experience architecting systems rather than only contributing features.
• Comfortable working with Linux and infrastructure concepts.
• Experience working with GPU infrastructure bare-metal scale, or on-prem hardware (big plus; can be a nice-to-have if there is a comparable/close expertise)
• Strong experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf) as part of your daily workflow.

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI agents or agentic applications.
• Golang expertise.
